What the exact meaning of casual leave ??
When someone get sick of casual nature for one day like headache which leave should apply??
Actually We have one Senior having high experience and in higher authority in our organization.
According to him we have stated rules and should be followed.
If anyone get sick of casual nature for one day like headache must have supporting document to attach to apply sick leave .
However you get .
Or this should be applied as casual leave as it’s of casual nature sickness .
As per my knowledge casual leave should be applied in case of emergency of casual nature but should be informed in advance.
I want to clearify
If it’s stated rule ? Is it logical ?
If don’t expect to take money in wrong way
then please don’t force to give money in wrong way
